TERMINALEZ / PRIVATE COMMUNITY APPLICATION
Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 September 2026
1. Operator and scope
The TerminalEZ producer (called the “owner” in these Terms) operates the bot and its dashboard. These Terms cover use of this specific TerminalEZ application, including its dashboard and enabled commands. They do not grant rights over Discord, other bots, third-party software, or users’ content.
The owner alone decides which Discord servers may use this deployment and which accounts may administer each server. Ordinary members may use the commands available to them without receiving dashboard or installation rights.
2. Owner-only controls and delegated access
- Only the owner may authorise additional servers, change the private dashboard approval lists, or provide access to hosting credentials and bot secrets.
- Only the owner may change the bot’s global name or avatar through the dashboard. Approved administrators may change their assigned server’s nickname and available plugin settings.
- Dashboard access is personal, revocable, and limited to assigned servers. It also requires the applicable Discord server administration permissions. Being a Discord administrator alone does not grant dashboard approval.
- Administrators may not resell access, share sessions or credentials, approve others, or install or distribute this deployment to other servers without the owner’s express permission.
- The owner may withdraw delegated access or disable a plugin to protect the community. Removal of access does not remove a person’s privacy rights.
3. Acceptable use
Follow your server’s rules, applicable law, Discord’s Terms of Service, and Community Guidelines. Meet Discord’s minimum age requirements for your country.
Do not bypass access checks, impersonate the owner or another member, expose private member information, exploit bugs, spam commands or mentions, manipulate rewards, or use messages, embeds, webhooks, or moderation tools for harassment, phishing, scams, or unlawful activity. Do not submit passwords, tokens, payment details, or other sensitive information through bot commands or tickets.
4. Administrator responsibilities
Approved administrators must use permissions only for their assigned community, review channel visibility and role permissions, and avoid unnecessary collection or disclosure of member information. Tell members about enabled logging and community features and make the Privacy Policy available to them.
Use direct messages only for the relevant feature with appropriate user permission. Review automated moderation decisions and handle appeals through server staff. Do not use automation to fabricate activity or evade Discord’s restrictions. Report accidental disclosure, compromised access, or security problems to the owner promptly.
5. Content and community features
You retain rights you have in the text, images, and other content you provide. By requesting a feature, you authorise the processing and display needed to carry out that request, subject to the Privacy Policy. Only submit content you have permission to use.
XP, levels, achievements, and economy balances are community features, not money or investments. They cannot be redeemed for cash through TerminalEZ and may be corrected or reset. Giveaway organisers are responsible for lawful eligibility rules and any prizes they promise; TerminalEZ does not independently supply or guarantee prizes.
6. Free service and availability
TerminalEZ does not charge members or approved administrators for this private deployment. Features depend on Discord, hosting availability, permissions, and configuration. Continuous uptime, permanent storage, error-free moderation, and delivery of every reminder or birthday message are not guaranteed. The owner may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue the service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Keep independent copies of important information and do not rely on the bot for emergencies.
7. Privacy and ending use
The Privacy Policy explains member data, dashboard sessions, retention, and requests for deletion. You can stop using optional commands, log out of the dashboard, revoke its Discord authorisation, or contact the owner. Leaving a server or removing the bot does not automatically erase existing records; request deletion as described in that policy.
8. Changes, questions, and reports
The owner will update this page when these Terms change and communicate material changes through the affected server before they apply where practicable. Changes do not retrospectively authorise new uses of previously collected information.
Contact the TerminalEZ owner through the server’s staff or support channel for access questions, disputes, privacy requests, or reports of misuse. Ask staff to forward the request privately if you cannot contact the owner directly. Never include a bot token, password, or private key.
TerminalEZ is independently operated and is not endorsed by Discord, MEE6, YAGPDB, or Arcane.
